Your data, your boundaries
Last updated 12 March 2026. We collect the minimum we need, store it carefully, and never sell it to third parties — ever.
1. What we collect
Birth details (date, time, place) to cast your chart. Name and contact to deliver reports and chats. Payment info is handled by RBI-licensed gateways; we never store full card numbers. Usage data helps improve the product (we use Plausible, not Google Analytics; no IP-based tracking).
2. How we use it
To deliver the services you request. To send notifications you have opted into. To improve our astrology software. To comply with legal obligations (GST, IT Act). We never train ML models on your personal birth data.
3. Who can see it
Our astrologers see only your kundli — never your phone or email. Our customer-care team sees your messages on a need-to-respond basis. Outside the company: nobody, ever, without your written consent.
4. Your rights
You can download all your data (My Account → Settings → Download my data). You can delete your account permanently. You can opt out of any promotional message. You can ask us to forget you under the DPDPA, 2023.
5. Cookies
We use one essential cookie (your session). Optionally, one preference cookie (your language and palette). No advertising, retargeting, or social-media cookies. Ever.
6. Children
Our service is not for users under 18. If you are a parent and your child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account immediately.
