Our refund policy — straightforward
No fine print. We err on the side of refunds. If you're unhappy, write to us at [email protected] — most are processed in under 48 hours.
1. Reports
Full refund if the report has not been opened, within 7 days of delivery. If the report is opened but you are dissatisfied, you can request a 30-minute call with the astrologer who wrote it, at no charge, to address concerns. If still unresolved, we refund 80% of the price as wallet credit, or 60% to original payment method.
2. Astrologer consultations
Your first 5 minutes are always free; you cannot be charged within this window. If you end the call within the first 5 minutes for any reason, no charge applies. If the call drops due to our technical failure, we refund the duration of the broken segment plus 5 minutes as goodwill.
3. Wallet recharges
Wallet recharges are not refundable to the original payment method (we cannot reverse-charge gateways). Unused wallet balance can be used for any service for up to 24 months from recharge date. After 24 months it expires; we do not extend this for any reason.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days within a period.
5. Time to process
Once approved, refunds appear on cards within 5–7 working days. UPI refunds appear within 24 hours. Wallet credits are instant.
6. Disputed refunds
If we decline a refund and you believe the decision was wrong, escalate to [email protected]. The dispute is reviewed by our customer-care lead within 5 working days.
