Digital delivery — instant, nothing to ship
Dashagochar sells digital astrology services and reports. There is no physical product and no physical shipment.
1. Digital services only
Everything we offer — kundlis, personalised Vedic reports, and live consultations (chat, call, video) — is a digital service delivered online. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses apply.
2. Delivery of reports
Paid reports are generated after successful payment and delivered to your Dashagochar account (and by email notification). Most reports are ready within a few minutes; some detailed reports may take up to a few hours. You can download them any time from your account.
3. Delivery of consultations
Consultations are delivered live inside the app at the time you start (instant) or at your scheduled slot. Your first few minutes with an astrologer are free as described on the astrologer's page.
4. Delivery confirmation
You get immediate on-screen confirmation plus an email once a report is ready or a consultation is booked. If you don't see it, check your account's Orders section or your spam folder.
5. Problems with delivery
If a paid report doesn't arrive or a consultation fails on our side, contact [email protected] within the window described in our Refund Policy and we'll re-deliver or refund as applicable.
