1. Plain-English summary
We provide astrology and divination services for guidance and entertainment, not as a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Our jyotishis are independent contractors. We do not promise any specific outcome. Payment is required upfront; refunds are generous but bound by the terms below.
2. Service description
Dashagochar offers daily horoscopes, kundli generation, panchang, tarot, numerology, and live consultations with verified astrologers. All readings are for informational and spiritual guidance. Astrologers may give opinions based on the chart; these are not professional diagnoses.
3. User responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate birth details. You must not misuse our services — no harassment of astrologers, no automated scraping, no impersonation. Violation may lead to permanent account termination without refund.
4. Payment terms
All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of 18% GST. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI. Wallet credit is non-transferable and non-refundable as cash. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of opportunity arising from astrological advice.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
